A little update regarding closing or selling the site.
Some of you may remember the hypnotic voice of Mr. Chad, one of Danny Balis’s good friends. He stopped by the studio to discuss a Jackson Brown concert and help bolster the ratings of the struggling-yet-lovable Orphanage. Some discussion as to whether or not Mr. Chad is speaking with his real voice follows after the review. For what it’s worth, Grubes chimed in on the last Mr. Chad post to say that this is indeed Mr. Chad’s real voice and persona.
Personally, I couldn’t care less about the music that they reviewed…I would however love to hear Mr. Chad do color commentary for a football game, or failing that, be a plus-one for the Hardline. If you would like to hear more Mr. Chad, post your feedback below and we’ll try to barf it up whenever we hear him on the air or over the internets.
MrChad’s commentary is the best part of a great KingBucks show
Gagree
I feel like I’m listening to NPR meets Delilah meets Joe Cool. “That’s right, I think he’s generally understood to be a doting husband and loving father…yesss.” Good God Mr. Chad, please grace the airwaves of The Ticket more often.
Love Mr. Chad. That Marvin Sease segment a few weeks back makes me laugh harder than anything I’ve heard or seen in ages.
“Sease was born in Blackville, South Carolina…”
Any chance of getting Norm’s interview with Chuck Greenburg from this morning?
I still think he should do the top 10. I might actually listen then.
