P1-Bum
While at practice for the Great Game, there was a P1 Bum who wanted to give his 2 cents.
Obviously he’s extremely sober and a genius at numbers, but what he excels in, he lacks in speech, so it’s a little tough to understand the P1 Bum.

Or to the more educated population, he sounded mentally disabled. He is probably one of many homeless (a large portion of the homeless community) who has mental disabilities that prohibited him from communicating effectively and functioning normally in society. The hardline decided to make fun of him and label him drunk without giving the situation much thought. I emailed the ignorant younger host of the hardline and he hid behind his naive assumptions, but a guy like him never apologizes. Especially when he has the older protecting him for his own personal reasons.
A low point in Ticket broadcasting.
