As you’ll notice, we changed our theme on the site. The previous theme had so many bugs it wasn’t worth fixing it. At this point we have a basic look, but before moving into something new, I thought I’d take a little poll.

I would say make it functional. As it is I think it needs a little designing. I don’t think having everything centered works very well. Probably need different fonts. Either a new design or make it look similar to the old one.
My first impression is that it’s a bit TOO bare-bones. My one specific request is that you consider adding the ‘download’ links back. I know I can still download the mp3s with a few extra steps, but I had gotten used to those direct download links. Thank you for all you’ve done – to your website and your body (it’s still real to me dammit).
yep, it is bare-back … err, I mean bare-bones, but it’s faster loading. Downloads is something another asked about. Same question I asked is why download versus just playing it? Asking for feedback. We didn’t remove it purposely, but curious to know. Reason we provided it previously is b/c the player didn’t always work…this one does.

Not original commenter but I can see downloads being handy for folks who want to be able to play audio on a customized playlist rather than needing to dig around for their favorite TickAud. P.S. put me on with The Musers. They did a segment about songs and I need to tell them over a 12 minute span why Manic Monday is actually the worst song ever made. I’m not very interesting but I can probably eat up time with my controversial opinions on salad dressings.
I download longer files (45+ min) because I can easily pick up where I left off in my app. If playing a long file on-site, it takes an extra few seconds to find my place in the audio bar. Also download for lengthy car/plane trips.
Archives tab doesn’t appear to show “Month/Year” any more. Just the comments.

Way too many ads now
there’s no more ads than there were before the change. Ads help us keep theunticket.com alive. It’s minimal, but the alternatives are just kill the site or make people pay to use it. What would you prefer?
Those of you complaining about ads, shut it. Unless these guys running the site got Jerry jone money, let’s help a brutha out.
Put ads up, guy. I’ll click on anything remotely interesting to support you guys. Just make the site navigable. Your search function was (maybe still is) great.
