A little while ago, Dan McDowell discovered the Butthole Surfers when one of his daughters Shazaam’d a song to find out what it was called. The group became an instant hit in the McDowell household, no doubt owing to Ava and Eden’s fascination with certain body parts. Dan became friends with lead singer Gibby Haynes (not to be confused with Jibby Davidson), and Gibby dropped by the studio for a fascinating interview.
