The Emergency Brake of the Week:
errr just because you turn off the light doesn’t mean it’s safe.
You always use a voltage tester to be sure. Depending on how it’s wired, the light could still have a live wire.
If you touch it with noninsulated pliers and are grounded in any way you could get killed.
