I missed the origin of the “you just lost a listener” bit. Did that happen this week?
The Courage Boys were talking about how they often hear from folks who are in such an uproar of disagreeance that they send angry emails vowing to never tune into 1310 again, punctuating their emails with “You just lost a listener, Steve”.
So now, folks sending email of any sort, even messages of high praise and kudos, are capped with the you just lost a listener phrase. Funny!
