A little update regarding closing or selling the site.
Sometime after Princess Diana died in 1997 Elton John remade Candle in the Wind in her honor. I guess the Musers decided if he could bastardize his classic song for her, they could ask P1’s to bastardize it to memorialize their favorite athletes and such. If I recall correctly, these were written and faxed/emailed in and then people at the remote they were at sang them, or something like that. They get a little dark. I’m pretty sure I’m punching my ticket to hell just for replaying the Tom Mees one.
Forgive the choppiness of the recordings, some of the errors were from when they originally played them, some of them are from me mashing them together. For a fun game the whole family can play, you can try to figure out which is which.
