A long time ago, BaD Radio Interviewed Idris Elba (aka Stringer Bell) from The Wire. That interview was lost for a while, but thanks to the great Sports Sturm, it’s now available to anyone (re)discovering The Wire, along with the many below.

Funny that he didn’t know what The Office was at the time, and he then ended up being on the American version.
Didn’t get into The Wire until roughly middle last year. Enjoyed heck outta first two and half seasons – just burned through ’em. Lost days. Life got busy-ish and I just never got around to finishing the rest of the series. Started a couple episodes into season 2 midday Saturday and then just powered through rest of season 2 and about halfway into season 3 on Sunday. Lovin’ it – will definitely have finished the series by end of week.
I remember listening to BaD Radio back then and changing the station whenever they had The Wire talk since I didn’t know what was going on. Lookin’ fwd to finding some of those segments and listening while knowing what they’re talking about.
BaD Radio interviews of a bunch of the stars of The Wire? This is just over the top kickass!!! When Dunham & Miller (& Skip Bayless) finish up today, I’m gonna listen to all of ’em, I’m sure.
