Another award winning interview with what appears to be a homeless man from San Antonio who happens to be an artist.

This guy is about as out there as one could possibly be and after listening to this just one time, I feel like someone slipped me some hallucinogenic drug into my coffee. He’s tough to understand, so volume is needed…or even headphones to block out other noise.
